But there's a place for those people.

So the first thing I did was create a seminar called Personalities in the Workplace, and I took the personalities, and the one I use is from Florence Littauer's book, Personality Plus.

Mm-hmm.

And you look at how people are wired.

They see it as a team.

So that's the biggest thing is the team, because you're not gonna build a multimillion-dollar practice one person or one-man show.

It has to be a team of people that are focused on the same goals, the same vision, and, you know, I hear it, my favorite book is the Bible, and it says, "Where there's no vision, the people perish," because there's no hope.

People have to have hope.
