Persona 3

Yeah, that's fair.

I've continued to play Persona 3 Reload.

I'm like, I have the entire party now.

So I would say I'm about halfway into the game, two-thirds of the way into the game.

I'm listening to this adult tell me some bullshit I don't care about over and over again.

The

thing about Persona 3 is it's a dungeon crawler.

yes um

for for me the thing that like i'm really itching to get around to is more marvel token like that's the thing that i'm like oh if i if i just could like slow down a little bit more and play that that would be uh the thing and then the crazy part is If Fire Emblem gets nominated for Game of the Year, that's going to be tough.

In housekeeping, I'll discuss some of my ideas of what I want to do for streaming this week with Persona 3 and all that.

the full playthrough of choice that we're going to be doing this during this time is call of duty black ops 1 go back in the duffy having a good time playing some bo1 uh we did that two years ago for the mw1 and mw2 it was some of my favorite streams it was some of y'all's favorite streams it's gonna be a lot of fun playing some bo1 um and then morning streams sporadically persona 3 will be happening having a good time uh especially next week for the notification bell that's the answer they're not going to be scheduled hit the notification bell uh they can start up normally nine o'clock is my start time for streams i'm going to probably push that to 10 a.m uh not only to get the morning going it's going to allow me to work out it's going to allow me to make sure everything gets posted at 9 a.m or and us hit what we want to hit during that post time um discord join the discord over uh 3 000 people talking about movies sports and most importantly games uh the hype cycle for phantom blade zero gets discussed basically every single day in that discord it's a lot of fun uh people are going to be talking about the ocarina remake and obviously all that leads into gta i

feel like more people are talking about ocarina than really phantom blade at this point and phantom blade comes up first but i get that because ocarina is ocarina so

I will say, I'm in the Discord as much as I feel like I need to be in the Discord.

That was the very first decision we made.

But in terms of other elements of the game, we've made a lot of graphical improvements from Persona 5 Royale and Persona 3 Reload since the days of Persona 4.

So we knew that we could update the graphics to be more in line with Persona 5 and Persona 3 Reload.

And then in terms of gameplay as well, we wanted to modernize the gameplay to make it a lot more, just have the quality of life be a lot better, and to kind of fit more modern audiences so that they would be able to play it and enjoy it as a modern

game.

Like there are tons of character portraits where we've added lots of expressions for various parts of the conversations.

And we've made it so that 3D models can then match those, kind of share those expressions so that you really feel like you're

I mean, speaking of art, I mean, Persona 3 and Persona 4 very much had signature looks that were rooted in the technology of the time.

That's how I first played.

It's the only way I've played Persona 3 Portable because $20 on the PlayStation Store, yeah, I prefer physical media, but I'm not spending over $100 to only be able to play it on a PSP that I can get to work half the time.

And so there is a bit of a frustration point because, yeah, it had some bangers.

Yeah.

So it gave the team the option to explore something different that wasn't what they were doing already in consoles.

Yeah.

It really lent itself for developers to try new stuff out and just have fun, like Persona 3 Portable.

That game on PlayStation 2 was amazing, on PSP being able to run it and have it be very scaled down and still get the story across, and it feels slightly different enough to warrant a whole playthrough, even including another character.
