Peri-implantitis means either one side or the other side.

If there is any kind of inflammation, it is peri-implantitis.

In management, first we get to the diagnosis, then the occlusal stress, correction of prosthesis, then we give oral hygiene instruction, ultrasonic air polishing, use of glycine powder.
