They also disrupt normal endocrine activity and are linked to reduced immune function, liver or pancreas issues, reduced fertility, high blood pressure in pregnant women, developmental effects in kids such as low birth weight or accelerated puberty, and an increased risk of cancer, specifically prostate, kidney, and testicular, increased cholesterol and increased obesity risk.

They hide in non-stick cookware, sofas and carpets, waterproof clothing and mattresses, food packaging, takeout containers, even fish from contaminated water.

So for men specifically, we want to keep this in mind as well.

Fragrance perfume, that's that overarching umbrella term that we'll find in things like our candles, our cleaning supplies, as well as personal care products.

And then PFAS or PFCs.

These are our quote forever chemicals that literally take years to leave our body.
