Nachsheim was named a Baseball America second team All-American and a Perfect Game second team All-American, while also collecting ABCA Rawlings All-Region second team honors.

He was selected first team All-Southland Conference and was named the Southland Conference Relief Pitcher of the Year.

And now that information is so available to you, like Perfect Game will have their sites and PBR will have their sites.

And it's pretty easy to find that information.

But those numbers do go up.

And, uh, you know, that was the B-dub was just like, you know, sort of a nickname, Hey B-dub.

And we created a whole identity around it.

seems like, like Paul, like with all honesty, like not to sound, I don't want to, I don't want this to come across the wrong way, but it sounds, it seems like it's very easy, low hanging fruit to just go grab.

Well, they were did pots down and they did, they did, you know, select fest can just like perfect games already built them an identity.

And we're just, we're going to create some t-shirts for you.

So it and in fact, I'll tell you a quick story and come back to myself.

But I had a kid who was a national player year for perfect game at 11 year and 12 year.

He was super strong kid at the age.

And because I know what's going to happen, I had the conversation with him and said, hey, man, those days are over for you.

None.

They mean absolutely nothing.

And I can assure you, major league teams don't pay attention to Perfect Game or PBR or these other publications think it's the number one player in the country.

I can assure you of that.

So when it comes to recruiting, what's kind of the process for like, how does a player, the normal path, I know it happens all sorts of ways, but like, how does it, how does a player typically, let's say a high school player, cause I'm not talking about the portal or JUCO guys right now.

So a high school player at what point, what point in the process do they, do they get on your radar? What does it look like? Where in this whole thing do you ever go to their perfect game profile to see what their ranking is or anything? Like, what does all of this look like for the parents out

there? I don't go to perfect game and look and see what they're ranked.

I'll, you know what? I see a lot of videos that get put on Twitter.

I go to games and That's where you're evaluated.

You can see them.

But I go watch, I go watch.

It's not so much the, the video that perfect game puts out or, or any of those, it's what my eyes tell me.

Not quite at the travel circuit, club circuit yet, but it's probably coming within the next year or two.

And I always say to them, they love seeing the flashy stuff on TV, the perfect game guys, the YouTubers.

And I always say that, I describe it as a circle.

I'm like, what you see is the outer edge of the circle.
