The changes affect Medicaid waiver services, which allow care at home or in the community.

The rules limit paid work hours for relatives and restrict travel for services.

And so it's I think that sometimes contributes to some of the unpopularity when you talk about fraud, waste and abuse.

When I was working for the Pennsylvania Department of Human Services, you know, a member of my leadership team, said to me, run it like a business, which I thought was a really interesting concept.

You know, at that point, I'd been in government for about 10 years.

And then here I have somebody saying to me, you know, run it like a business.

And so that, that waste creates inefficiencies.

And then, I mean, I think the other piece too is, you know, Again, I mentioned some of the Pennsylvania statistics.

I mean, Pennsylvania Department of Human Services is a huge agency, you know, 18,000 employees.

And I gave some of the budget numbers as well.
