Pender Island

But as y'all know, I went to Vancouver and, uh, and really not Vancouver.

I did go to Vancouver and spend, spend a couple of nights, but I went for a little retreat with some friends over to this place called Pender Island.

Yeah, yeah, like a men's retreat?

But we went out to this place called Pender Island.

My friend, my friend Eric, so he used to be m- uh, a rep for us at this place called BBTV.

I'd always play up a group, including the group I was naturally supposed to be in.

And yeah, to now that's, I, I just, well, for one thing, there is no indoor rink on Pender Island and it doesn't freeze here.

So that kind of, there is a hockey team on Pender Island.

It's a, it's a road hockey team.

Yeah, who would you play? Like, you'd have to get on a ferry and go somewhere.

And then I canceled those two camping trips that we were supposed to go on.

So no, we did take it down to Pender Island when we went to vacation there like fancy people.

And it went over pretty well.

I will say pretty well.

And you'd be amazed at the deals that come across my desk.

I mean, you know, anything from a waterfront property in Pender Island to apartment buildings in Sarnia, Ontario, Edmonton, Phoenix.

Downtown Vancouver, west side Vancouver, like there are deals everywhere.

And this type of a market gets me so excited when the number one biggest win I've made on an investment is the house I bought on the west side of Vancouver in 1994.
