Pen y Fan

I'm able, when I'm having good days, to do the things that I enjoy that I used to do.

So I go on hikes with my partner and we climb the Penny Fan in Wales.

And it's not a massively high mountain, let's say.

Technically, if I was a whale person, it probably would have taken me an hour.

But it took me nearly three hours to do it.

So I was up and back down and I put it on social media, my achievement, because I've always wanted to climb the penny fan always.

And I got a lot of criticism for it.

I got a lot of, but you don't look sick.

Yeah

... like that's a hard thing to train for, isn't it? Unless, like you say, you're actually on the course or got similar around you to be going up a big steep mountain with like rocks and scrambling or Pen Y Fan to coming back down.

Would, how would you run down? It's a totally different type of, it's a different event again.

And it is, like I say, I've watched, uh, YouTube videos of it and it's like, it just looks mental some of it, where you're going over and up and down.
