And so cities can be impacted all over the place.

And so if you have $150,000 exemption, one city that's barely impacted, for example, is Pembroke Park.

Pembroke Park is basically a mobile home community with very little homestead of properties.

They would only lose less than 1% of what they collect in property taxes.

That's a negligible amount.

Now, the county commission, again, though, which is a big taxing authority, levied $1.8 billion in taxes.

If it was in effect, they would have levied right about $1.47 billion, about $333 million less than what they levied.

Now, in this situation, the two cities that are in stark contrast to each other with a $250,000 exemption are Pembroke Park and Cooper City.
