Uh, uh, this, this summer we had a, uh, glacial lake outburst flood, uh, from part of the Place Glacier near Pemberton, British Columbia, um, that, uh, in this case it's one of the long-monitored glaciers in Canada with many decades of science and, and federal government-led observations as well as, uh, university observations, and is a well-understood glacier, but still very hard to predict the glacier lake outburst flood and its exact timing.
