I think people are getting back into the swing and going to meetings again and actually realizing the value of, whether it's in a hall or whether it's actually going out onto a farm and getting your hands dirty looking at somebody's crops or somebody's grassland somebody's livestock you can learn a lot you're actually seeing it in front of you you can hear from the farmer so it's a bit of peer-to-peer learning there and there's usually some experts there who are offering their advice and usually there's a good few takeaways that can help your own business
