Number four, underappreciated areas of energy.

Number five, geopolitical necessity providing clarity of purpose to energy policy.

So our bigger point was simply to give credit to these EV specialist companies as really leading the way on autonomous mobility, having the best hardware and software integration.

And I think they're going to help drive EV sales going forward.

Third key topic area that we've broached in prior Superspikes was this idea that companies should strive to be in a peer group of one.

There's so much pressure on the part of sell-side analysts and some investors.

We love him, and his members love him as well.

I mean, we did a designer and project manager late last year.

I think almost continuous where we started with one and then moved to the next one.

But probably the number-- I would start off by saying this, the number one thing I hear from my peer group is there's no good workers out there, right? "Oh my gosh, I can't find anybody." And it's just a misnomer.

In my mind, it's, it all it is is you have to be patient and find the right one.
