Pedernales River

Uh, we're located 30, about 30 miles, uh, west of downtown Austin in the hill country of Central Texas.

Um, it's a, it's a beautiful property right on the Colorado River or, or, uh, an outfall of the Colorado River, the Pedernales River.

We're like 100 foot, you know, above the river on these beautiful bluffs with these awesome arroyos that intersect the golf course.

Um, beautiful property, but it's, it's Central Texas.
