You're making sure that new work is coming in and that you're getting leads.

And you're making sure that Payroll is done on time and you're making sure that your social media and your ad spend is done.

So you're juggling a million different things and sometimes you have to stop and which I've been guilty of doing is stop and check in with the team and see how they're going, see what motivates them, what keeps them going, what keeps them ticking, what they're happy about, what they're not happy about.

And I think trying to give them autonomy, Jerome, is super important.
