Pawtucket West High School

You know, like sports is an opportunity for people to get away from life for a little bit, including myself.

Like when I show up to the stadium or whatever venue I'm at, no matter where it is, Max Reed Field, the cage at Shea High School, Donaldson Gymnasium, the AMP, Alumni Hall, you leave everything at the door.

You know what I mean? And like you just kind of get lost in the moment.

But when I realized I was kind of becoming a... member of the community, probably once I got hired with Providence, because that kind of just puts an added stamp.

exactly.

Right.

Because, I mean, at that point, it's like like my story is basically based off of like just leaps of faith, of confidence and like just having God there with me every time by my side, because like going into that tryout, I had public address announcer experience at Tolman High School, Shea High School and like two Providence College softball games.

That was it.
