Tonko then cited work from Amnesty and something called the International Association of Genocide Scholars.

And Representative Tonko said, I do think that the recognition made by these scholarly groups needs to be looked at.

The latest update in that saga came Tuesday when Blumenthal and reps Paul Tonko, Democrat from New York, and Valerie Foushee, a Democrat from North Carolina, issued a letter saying FanDuel has failed to adequately address their questions, including whether other athletes and celebrities sent videos to VIP bettors and what safeguards FanDuel has in place to ensure it's not enticing gamblers to keep betting.
