Talk about, um, how, you know, you've had to adapt your leadership at each stop, but not lose your core values, right? Talk a little bit about how you've been able to maintain your values in the midst of all those transitions.

move that the child welfare portion out of dhs and so it kind of you know it makes me think what why is the problem that child welfare is inside dhs rather than it being a problem with you know say leadership or staffing funding policy etc what can a new department do that dean dhs cannot or is not doing today

well you're yeah you're probably right and i yeah i know what you mean i just i guess with my point is that there are other things too that uh maybe don't get as much media attention that are also important and are there um metrics there that you'd be looking at i guess in terms of maybe repeat removals, caseworker turnover, things like that that you might look at down the road and say, hey, this is a sign that this bill is working and or not working, I guess.
