Paul R. Niven

He put himself into the world, and the world responded.

Ben co-wrote Objectives and Key Results with Paul Niven, who taught him how to write a book.

Then he wrote one on his own, and that book connected him to coaches across a dozen countries.

Some even became his friends.

For 10 years, it was great.

I'm not really a book writer, like I said, in that sort of tongue-in-cheek thing.

I wrote a book with Paul Niven, who had written like seven books on strategy and all this stuff.

He's a real author.
