Sort of a little addendum to that, which I think is kind of funny is so Paul Masson, who was setting up maybe 10 years later, is like looking at this guy and being like, holy shit, he's making all this money and I'm out here bumming it.

So he's like, well, I'll just start making sparkling wine too.

Except he had Pinot Noir because he brought back from his native Burgundy and Chardonnay.

So the first like Burgundy wine burgundy grapes, the Chardonnay and Pinot, lichen champagne done in California was Paul Masson basically copying our bed.

And the connection to us or me, but everybody probably, is a lot of the books that Paul Masson had were donated to the University of California.

And I could never exactly figure out why, but when I was sort of learning this, I'm sort of a studious person.

We don't need to talk about that, but I would read a lot.

There is a California champagne by Paul Masson inspired by that same French excellence.

It's fermented in the bottle and like the best French champagne, it's vintage dated.
