talking about when you first started one thing that you mentioned was uh being able to make payroll okay and i think this is something important to talk about because i think that when people think of mr paul kelly they think of no obstacles or challenges okay and they think that it was an easy road of success for you which we all know that's not what happened right so can you talk about when What are some things that maybe some of our listeners are listening to the podcast and maybe they are in that startup or maybe they're in that $5 million range, $10 million range, and they're struggling to pay payroll because they just hit that next level?
5:06
No matter the size of the company, I help one or $2 million operations all the way up to hundreds of millions.
5:17
It really, we all have the same problems.
5:20
We all have trouble hiring great techs.
5:24
We all have trouble during the slow season.
5:27
We all have trouble keeping and retaining customers sometimes.
5:33
We have trouble with the delivery of the service and the wow that we want to create out there when our tech shows up and we have trouble capturing all the calls that come into the call center.

You know, talking to some of the listeners that are out there, what are some things that are like key points that the wrench group or any private equity company are like really look at that they should dial in if that's something that they're wanting to do in the future or just to set it up?
14:56
And what am I missing here? I'm sure I'm missing something big.
14:59
Well, you have to simplify the process in that particular example.
15:05
You're going to have the cover consultant give the proposal at the door.
15:09
You have to have the software that can support that.
15:12
But I think the expectation is what is usually missing, is you have this idea, you want to roll it out, you heard it at a seminar or whatever, and you know it's a good idea, if only implemented well, and you roll it out.
15:29
And everybody you've been training...
15:33
Everybody all along that when you say something, you can learn to ignore it because you don't follow up.

Could you talk about that, how you applied that in your own business?
