Paul Hornung Award

This day he adds another honor.

The Paul Hornung Award Honor Roll added him as one of the players for the honor roll this week.

He, uh, Trey Richardson won that in week one.

Isaac is on that list now.

313 yards from scrimmage, all-purpose yards from scrimmage.

He was the, uh, third most in program history and the most of any player in the FBS this year.

So Isaac joins, uh, Isaac on the, uh, honor roll there for the Hornung Award as, uh, he gets another honor nationally this week, and another one for Lance Robinson, who was named ACC Offensive Player of the Week.

Today, he was named Outland Trophy National Player of the Week.

Am I inflating that a little bit? Yes, but he's at basically 158 all-purpose yards.

In his season last year at JMU when he was a Paul Hornung Award finalist, this were, this was his numbers rushing the ball.

Last year, he ran for 1,300 yards, six and a half yards per pop, and nine touchdowns on the ground.

His whole year, he rushed for 1,300 yards and six and a half yards and nine touchdowns.

He has basically more touchdowns this year than he had all of last year for a playoff contending JMU team in which he played in all 14 games.

He was touching the rock all the time.

So between rushing and receiving statistics, he's got more numbers at UCLA through five games than he had all of last year when he was the Sun Belt Championship game MVP, Paul Hornung Award finalist.

He's second in the country in overall touchdowns, just behind the leader in rushing touchdowns by one or two.
