Interesting in that they wound up with Paul Guenther as their quarterback, defensive coordinator, because Mullen actually made a really good hire in Zach Arnett as his defensive coordinator, and he couldn't coach because of personal reasons.

Who knows what that means.

He is now the defensive coordinator at Mississippi State, and they keep Paul Guenther, which I really don't like since his defense...

You remember that first, that game...

UNLV played in week zero last year.

Last year, you know, this group really had a lot of big issues, a lot of issues giving up some really big plays.

And one of the things that I didn't really like a ton of was Paul Guenther, as their defensive coordinator, he took over right at the start of spring last year because they had a surprising retirement and/or resigning, uh, of their defensive coordinator at the time.

And so all last year they kept talking about it, like, "Well, we didn't get to install what we wanted.

We didn't get to install what we wanted." Well, like you had, yeah, you got started right when the spring game got started, but then you still had fall camp, you still had all the regular season, and to still hear that, I think there's a flaw with the way that you're looking at this defense.
