We've been talking about it for years.

Incumbent Paul Dyson floats an idea of sales taxes to offset property taxes.

Do we allow them to set off a certain amount of property tax, and it'll be a direct offset with an optional sales tax that would come in, um, that we also make sure that there can't be a windfall.

'Cause I'm not trying to increase our tax liability.

But what's interesting to me is who some of these people are, right? Like...

And why? Because these guys couldn't read English or speak English at the most basic levels to understand road signs, to understand markings, or to be able to communicate.

These guys are driving 70, 75,000 pound vehicles, which are really big messes, missiles, right? 18 wheelers.

But our friends at Texans for Lawsuit Reform, who, you know, big donors are Republicans and big donors of Democrats, millions and millions to each in Texas over the last many decades.

We think most of us are that they're funded really by the big insurance companies.

So people like Paul Dyson or Jeff Leach, who's also on the list.

They introduce bills and support bills to say, no, we're going to change the law.
