So what's the approach in the weight room look like for you guys?

Yeah, I think the biggest thing is we're trying to get as many kids involved as we can.

So the program is strictly an Olympic lifting program.

We snatch, we clean, we jerk, we squat, and that's it.

Are there better things to do? Probably plyometrics, sprints, dumbbell work, et cetera.

But we literally get seven years old to 14 years old in there.

We have two weight room spaces.

What's the recommendation? How do you get it from, you know, that ground level to where you guys are right now and competing at a high level?

Can you understand some of the anger that people felt when they saw the video of that attack?

Uh, and, and the thoughts of many people right across this community is, is with him and his family.

But, you know, the person responsible, uh, for that will face the law and will face justice.

But the actions of one person can never, ever justify what we saw last night, that collective punishment against an entire community.

And you know what followed was racist violence, criminality, mob rule.

Can you tell me what happened to them?

Yeah, well, subsequently, I'm now supporting multiple families.

The violence we witnessed last night was absolutely appalling.

Homes were being attacked, businesses were being targeted.

This morning, livelihoods have been lost.

But with that, many, many innocent families were terrorised last night because of the colour of skin or where they came from.

And that in 2026 is absolutely shocking.
