It's all about the bottom

line.

I mean, it's the budget.

They want to make sure that they can secure the services.

So in some of these, they're very, very competitive.

But a school district operates, and I think that this is the way things have changed too, kind of going back to one of your other questions, is previously, I think it was much easier to onboard vendors and possibly work directly.

But now just the scrutiny that is under a lot of these funds, it is they want to narrow their vendor network They're asking more of their vendors to be able to come up with creative solutions.

Why should they really put forth that effort on the front end to research the company that they're going to be working for?
