And once the mission was set, what was the first real decision that proved this club was going to operate differently?

Wow, that's a great question.

I mean, I think One of the earliest things we did to kind of showcase what our mission is on the environmental side was just being really intentional with our merchandise.

You know, we're kind of hyper aware of the realities of consumerism and just especially in sports, especially in soccer, the creation of jerseys every year, the new designs and even just the trickle down of that of people creating replicas and things like that.

There's a lot of waste that goes into soccer and into sports and a lot of waste.

is obviously felt by that burden.

The point of environmental justice is recognizing that the burden is being felt by the people that are not causing the problem.

Where do you feel like the greatest tension between traditions of the sport put a strain on the environment and the values your club is committed to?
