I know, but they don't.

Yeah, so red line was essentially where banks and other people said, if you're of a certain ethnicity and you live in a certain place.

Well, we'll just be clear in Atlanta was if you're black and you live in a certain area of town, they were going to say we can't we will not give you a loan for your house or your building.

And so what that did is they were also like, well, not only are we going to not give you loans, but we're going to put industrial uses right next to you so that like no one will ever want to live there and will suppress the cost of housing in that zone so that you get extra pollution, really nasty, you know, industry right next to people's houses.

And it was like a way to like very subtly, but very effectively keep people from rising.

And so you see in Atlanta, a lot of people pass their houses down from one generation to the next by oral means, or they wrote down on a piece of paper and that piece of paper got lost.

And so any area in Atlanta that used to be redlined has a lot of tremendous trouble figuring out who actually owned the chain of how that house came to be in that ownership.

What should you guys be doing and the design community like you are to prepare for the opportunities that lie ahead?
