That is one of them.

We're working right now on some research.

We just published a white paper earlier this week called Application Pending, taking a look at bank charters and incorporating the issue of national charters and how non-depository institutions are seeking to acquire banks that already have a national charter.

And this is a problem with mergers and acquisitions.

This is a problem with banking charters.

This is a problem with the politicization of the charter application process and the regulatory bodies that are responsible for overseeing the charter approval process.
