For you, when you look at a guy like Sean Sweeney, what do you think Magic fans can expect from a guy like him who's regarded as a defensive-minded head coach? For his first season and beyond, what do you think will change here with a coach like that at the helm?

Western Conference is a tough conference day in and day out, right? From top to bottom, right? So his, how can I say it? His focus and his approach every day is going to be something very different, right? It might rub people the wrong way.

It might rub people, it might light a fire under some people, right? And I've learned when there's a coaching chain, when there's a coaching change, someone at some time, at some part, didn't live up to whatever expectations they should have lived up to, right? Everyone look at change and think change is a bad thing.

I honestly think change is a good thing, right? So I think this is more for the players, right? You got a great coach who comes from a great pedigree, who comes from a great organization, who understands and knows how to win.

I think it's up to the players to look their selves in the mirror, Orlando Magic, and see like, okay, cool.
