We got Tom Pelphrey from The Task, Patrick Ball from The Pitt, Sean Hennessey from The Pitt, Jaron Howell from The Pitt, Billy Crudup from The Morning Show, who I love, Jack Lowden from Slow Horses, and Carlos Manuel Vega from Pluribus, and it went to Tom from Task, so very well deserved.

Supporting Actress in Drama went to Alison Janney from The Diplomat, and she was up against four different women from The Pitt.

But another surprise would be best supporting actor in a drama series going to Tom Pelfrey from Hacks.

I'd been predicting Patrick Ball from The Pit to win for this.

There were a few other Pit actors in the mix there.

Also, Tass, notably the biggest snub, the biggest omission in the best drama series field.

And, um, I, I'm, I'm very happy to hear that he, he got the nod.

So check this, outstanding supporting actor had three gentlemen, Patrick Ball, Shaun Hatos, and Jaren Howell from The Pit.

Outstanding supporting actress in a drama series had four ladies, Taylor Dearden, Fiona Dourif, Kathryn Lanasa, and Sepideh Moafi, all had nominations, along with-

And who was the fifth?

Because, look, I, in part I get it, but yeah, I agree.

I would've said her.

And, and, like, you could probably even slide Patrick Ball, right, into Best Actor.

He's, pound for pound, has been in it as much as, uh, Noah Wyle has.

And then you also had Tom Pelfrey winning for The Task, which is a very big surprise as well.

And it was probably because there was a split between Sean Haddisey, who won it last year, and Patrick Ball.

yeah definitely but Noah Wiley did win again in best lead actor so really fascinating and then also the pit lost in directing

So that was really nice and cool to listen to.

She's also just like a really cool, funny person and is really enjoyable to listen to gab for an hour.

And then he also sat down separately, each with Patrick Ball from The Pit.

I mentioned I was watching The Pit, um, and, uh, Patrick Ball, the actor who plays Dr. Langdon, a major character in The Pit, uh, I read somewhere that prior to being in The Pit, the only credit on his IMDb page was Law & Order.

Like, an episode of Law & Order, which is so cool.

That's amazing.

I know he said afterwards he'd like to, you know, speed that process up a bit, but yeah, that, that was concerning from Austin Jackson.

That wasn't great from Patrick Ball.

It felt like a step back for him specifically.

Proctor was fine.
