Patala

Well, I can't help but continue to go back to the whole Tibetan angle.

Patala is named after Mount Potalaka, which is the mythical South Seas dwelling of Valokistvara, who's the Bodhisattva known as the Lord who looks down.

And I think that definitely Nelson Rockefeller was a Lord who looks down.

The difference is the Bodhisattva looks down with infinite compassion and that's what distinguishes them.

But also the reason that was the name of the palace was Patala was that then established the Dalai Lama's Tibet's rulers as the reincarnation of Avalokitesvara.

And the previous site that they built on is also highly significant and also is part of the connection to Albany because that site was known as the Red Hill.

And when Tibetans had advanced enough to accept Buddhism, the Red Hill, prior to the building of either palace, emanated rays.
