Nadav, as an expert on Lashon, what's the difference between Nisiti, Chirik under the Nun, and Nasiti with a Kamatz or maybe you said a Patach under the Nun?

Well, ni-si-ti is obviously a piel, and na-si-ti is a kal that got mangled with a piel and is kind of an absurd form.

I'm using a machzor from Koran, and they follow some of the manuscripts that instead of having a komatz on nikdosh, they have a patach.

So their nusach reads, If you are pronouncing Havaras Sefardit, you won't make a distinction between a Komatz and a Patach, so it'll sound the same to you, but still as you're reading it, if you see a Patach or you see a Komatz, you should understand that these are different forms of the verb.
