Pat McQuaid

And that, that lasted for quite a while, I'd say.

And, uh, then when Paul had his issues with the UCI and Pat McQuaid, and I, I would've written a few columns then about Paul and supporting Paul.

And I think over time we made, we made our peace and, uh, but Paul, Paul would've been w- the one that would've basically come out fighting and, uh, been very, very angry with those of us who were on the sheepish side of it, you know?

Um, and then the last one, in writing the book, 'cause I really liked, especially as someone who worked in the industry, I liked you didn't sugarcoat how you really felt about it, especially in those last 15 years.

This Villanova team has not been impressive so far this season.

And all the news around Patrick McQuaid and is he your quarterback and isn't he your quarterback, big question marks about maybe the mental state of this team, because it kind of felt like they should've put 40 points up on Bucknell maybe, Brandon.

Yeah.

They're just, they're not a, they-- not a great team right now.

Well, he, he-

... is the way I think

... got an injunction because he sued the Patriot League, and a judge says basically until this is settled, then the Patriot League can't take action against Patrick McQuaid.

Brandon, if, if that's your understanding.

Heinz

Verbruggen, Pat McQuaid, and the UCA itself.

All three of them came after me.

And not just one of the times, me personally.

Another crazy date to me was Villanova, William & Mary.

Think about the concept of Pat McQuaid not even knowing if he's going to play until the morning or even afternoon of that game on Friday night.

It was

like two hours before kick.

Two hours before

kick.

I mean, think about how the backups of Pat McQuaid feel.

Crazy.
