So there were times throughout this spring where Stein and Pete Nocta and the former GM Pat Biondo, all of the sort of inner circle, they were in Louisville.

They were talking to people who were Kentucky supporters that were never asked to open their wallets before.

People who would be happy to, but never even got to ask from the previous administration.
