One of the things I love about the BiggerPockets and the PassivePockets audience is I feel like I kind of can speak the language on both sides.

You know, I am an active real estate investor in my own tiny SFR deals.

But then I also work for this large sponsor with syndication.

You talk to a lot of folks within the industry.

I mean, just being in the realm that you're in, passive pockets world, and just talking to a lot of other operators.

I mean, you like me, I get to talk to a lot of folks.

I get to better understand their business model, ask them a lot of difficult questions.

People, they don't do like independent research, right? Hey, you talk to an IRT member and they're doing their job.

They're presenting all the great stuff to you.

But I'm like, do you ever go on to like, reddit or go on to like a passive pockets or invest clearly and look at it and also tap in your network for other investors who invested uh in there right um i mean i can think of just through my past pocket sections i know like a dozen people at least who invest in sunrise deals right Hey, Adam.

Hey, Christy.

We sold Left Field to BiggerPockets.

So the c- community migrated over there.
