You know, there is, when we talk about Africa, when we talk about the overall region, there are a lot of challenges in terms of geopolitics, in terms of security, in terms of health.

So this management, passenger processing, API, PNR, advanced passenger management is becoming something that can be a fantastic tool to attract people, but also a fantastic tool to protect the border while keeping it open.

So these are the priorities that we are seeing.

Obviously, the key challenge here is about the level of spending.

So when she added me as the companion, I was able then to go into my account.

Um, that's a, a, offers and orders is a retailing model using the new distribution capability, NDC.

Um, w- w- what is it, um, and how is ATPCO supporting that shift?

And that's a shift to how offers and orders have been fulfilled, both constructed and fulfilled using the traditional fare filing, uh, methodology.

So, uh, we, a- as I described earlier, we've distributed fares, booking classes, rules.

Airlines, uh, uh, provide availability responses on those fares through systems that essentially use the data we give them to reconstruct the offer And then they represent the ticket or that, the purchase of that in, in historical legacy technologies like the PNR, the passenger name record.

And modern airline retailing turns that around with offer order, where the airline creates the offer, potentially dynamically priced and likely bundled to include the components that a, that a traveler wants.

Reservations, inventory, check-in, departure control.

The airline's operational core, built around PNRs and tickets, and replacing it, is the largest and riskiest IT programme an airline will ever run.

So when a vendor says a carrier has moved off a PSS onto an order-based model, that is an enormous claim and it should be read like one.
