Pascal Maynard

Like, I'll give an example.

The, the second to last round I played was versus Pascal Maynard, and he was very into, like, the midrangey plan.

Like, he was like, he was keeping more fast Mycos spawns, he was keeping more hands with, like, um...

He kept a lot of hands with, like, Vexing Bauble, Pithing Needle to try to, like, stop me from doing my combo.

Yeah.

Sh- shout out to my good friend Pascal Maynard, for those who know.

[laughs] I, I was just gonna say, do you ...

Mark, would you take Tarmogoyf for no admittance in a [laughs] high-level draft? Full, full Tarmogoyf for no admittance?

The Modern Masters reprint Mythic Rare Tarmogoyf era.

Long in the past, Pascal Maynard drafting that foil Tarmogoyf on camera at the Grand Prix top eight and getting lambasted by Kai Budde and Huey Jensen and all of these Magic Hall of Famers for rare drafting a $150, $200 card in the top eight of a Grand Prix rather than taking the premium removal spell.

Man, Magic used to be a simpler time.

But yeah, Tarmogoyf's a mythic and nobody cares.
