Parker

I'm Amir Tsarfati, and welcome back to Explore the Bible with Dr. Rick Yohn.

I'm Amir Tsarfati from Connect Key in the Jezreel Valley, and Dr. Rick Yohn is from Parker, Colorado.

Shalom, Dr. Rick.

How are you, my friend?

The world changed.

Everything changed.

Parker, Colorado was added to the map that day.

[laughs]

And I'm sure we'll touch on that more.

But it started out as just being a kid from Parker, Colorado.

It's a small town, not necessarily country, small suburban town, not a ton of people, not a ton of basketball players that come out of there.

Typically, it's getting a lot better with names like Derek White, you know, and myself to a degree.

I think the acronym is spot on for you and what you want to do.

Talk about who you potentially see right now.

You're in Parker, Colorado.

Obviously, you're young and healthy and can travel, but where in this country, let's start here in the U.S., who do you think, not what teams, but what is your focus on people that you're going to try to reach out to that can use this? Selfishly and visionary-wise, I see any kid, anyone that's playing sports at all, number one.

Well, I'm looking forward to it, and I'm looking forward to having some great discussions with you there, both in front of the mic and at the coffee breaks.

So we're going to plan on seeing everyone in Parker, Colorado soon.

November 8th and 9th, ICELP Ignite Orthobiologics Therapeutic Series, the axial skeleton.

So we'll look forward to it.

The latest round of Michelin stars was awarded last week in Colorado, and one husband and wife team has really caught fire with its string of eateries getting noticed by the international program.

Joining me now to talk about the decades old awards and its growth in Colorado is arts and culture reporter Parker Yamasaki.

Hello, Parker.

Hey there, Dave.

Parker, we're foodies.

I'm a one-off foodie.

I know you enjoy a good meal.

The easiest way to understand the three-star system and my favorite way that it's described still today is that one star is worth a stop, two stars is worth a detour, and three stars is worth a trip.
