Parker Burgess

And I think that is a contribution to our leadership group and our coaching staff.

I think Parker Burgess has done wonders with this team's penalty kill because last year our penalty kill was dog shit.

Yeah.

So far, I have no complaints about our defense at all.

They're picking off and chipping away at these passes from Seattle on the power play and it's knocking the puck out of the zone.

And I think that's a big thing you can contribute to Parker Burgess too.

I would say.

Him working with the defense and the penalty kill.

And obviously there's a pretty big connection there between Spokane and the giants too, especially last season

with

trades with Parker Burgess, our associate coach being the head coach of the giants last year, got to follow him around a little bit on the, on the thing and, um, and kind of learn more about him.

And then, um, and then, yeah, you talked about the trades obviously with getting how and sparks and, and trading away Preston and, um, just kind of seeing that whole behind the scenes process of like how all that stuff went down, I thought was really cool.

the penalty kill.

And, you know, I think you can kind of test that to Parker Burgess a little bit too.

I mean, obviously he's running the penalty kill in the defense.

And I mean, they have, they have blown my expectations out of the water from, from where they were last year already.
