And on the other end of it, when the FDI or or companies are looking to locate in Cork, they're looking at is there sustainable transport methods in place for people to get to and from work and is there affordable housing and good quality of life? So, yes, we definitely need an improved and reliable public transport system in order for Cork to operate efficiently as a second city and like in Dublin all of the national planning framework says that they want to start to constrain growth in Dublin that it is at its maximum capacity now so like if if Cork is going to grow by 125,000 people, we need the infrastructure in place to facilitate that.

so um that that's interesting you asked that we did bring that up with the with the chief executive of the nta when we met her last month um i understand that within the next 12 months there will be two park and rides um in place and in operation one at dun kettle and the other in balarney in stoneview so there's definitely two additional ones coming um so they will be really good in terms of um attracting um people coming in from the the west and the north which there is a lot of congestion problems there at the moment so that would be really good um in terms of in terms of the question about delivery the plans are all there and there is legislation um that exists to fast track the delivery of all of these things and they're using it to deliver metro north at the moment um so it's just money um and again i suppose If we can get more than 11% of the national pot, then that delivery will be far more realistic and realisable in a shorter term.

11% of a national pot is very small money really, isn't it, in the scheme of things? We're getting crumbs.
