My name is Andy and I will be with you for the next hour broadcasting on Yagra and Tourable Country.

environmentalist who we're doing a bit of a celebration of this week on the show and it's nice to you know to make a better world and in fact to keep a habitable world for ourselves and other species and a flourishing one a flourishing society it requires a lot of you know hard work up and about activism strategizing trying to work out how best to use the tools at our disposal, all those kind of things.

But there's got to be time as well for a bit of poetry, a bit of writing, and a bit of stopping to appreciate nature, looking at the world around us and trying to figure out how to live well in it, which is what Wendell Berry brought.

This is Catholic Daily Reflections for Wednesday of the 23rd week in Ordinary Time.

Today's reflection is entitled, A Paradigm Shift.

Blessed are you who are poor, for the kingdom of God is yours.

Blessed are you who are now hungry, for you will be satisfied.

Throughout the rest of the week, we will continue reading from this powerful sermon in which Jesus teaches about the necessity of loving one's enemies, refraining from judgment and condemnation, showing mercy, and building one's life upon the solid foundation of his words.

These teachings were deeply counter-cultural and demanded a radical reorientation of the values that many of Jesus' disciples held dear.

In order to accept his message, a paradigm shift was necessary, a complete reordering of their lives and foundational beliefs.

The path of the Beatitudes leads through the cross to the glory of God's kingdom.

We were having trouble selling it.

Mikey said, let's take it back to the paradigm shift.

Boom.

It went like a rocket.

It's no shock he doesn't wanna go back.

At All Out 2020 he was also scheduled to tangle with MJF, meaning on the Dynamite before we had a build to that match, and yep, Moxley fell out with Max's lawyer, Mark Sterling, who was trying to stop him using the Paradigm Shift.

Because it is wrestling, they had a match, and John murdered him when he got attacked by Friedman who beat him to a bloody pulp.

On the paradigm shift, I was speaking with Angus Harvey from Fix the News, which is a pretty interesting project, as you would have heard about.

See, we are in the middle of a paradigm shift.

Yes.

And in that little poem in that book, Paradigm Shift...

I say, how many centuries since the Pope acknowledged that Galileo was right, that the way that the sun and the earth move around is not the way that we have thought.

And that right now we are dealing with another one because we have had, the patriarchy has given us this picture that maleness is the center of the universe.

Amen.

Well, some things in this world are simply impossible to believe until a paradigm shift happens and makes them possible to believe.

For example, consider the sunrise and the sunset.

For most of our ancient ancestors, when they woke up on a morning and they looked out the window and they saw the sunrise happening around them and they woke up and the morning was still and they were still on their bed and there was no... air rushing past them with a feeling of momentum and speed, it was easy for them to conclude that, man, the sun must be the thing that rotates around us and not the other way around.

That the sun rising and setting was better explained by our rotation and our axis as we orbit the sun rather than the other way around.

And the shift happens.

A paradigm shift takes place and people begin to just conceive of their experience on earth differently.

What had become been impossible to believe before suddenly began to be possible.

Mox kicked out of a stomp and neutralizer after barely beating a 10 count back into the ring.

Claudio then kicked out of Paradigm Shift at one, because of course he did.

So Mox hit a stomp and Death Rider for another false finish, only so Castagnoli could pass out in the bulldog choke.

So typical, such an eye roll.
