Então a gente tem trabalhado nessa conectividade, mas eu entendo também que a infraestrutura rodoviária e ferroviária também é fundamental pra gente juntar todas essas pontas e fortalecer isso em Minas Gerais, um estado tão grandioso que é do tamanho da França, né? [risos]

Our focus is on controlling the costs we can control through productivity improvements, operational excellence, and portfolio optimization.

At the operating level, we're executing a broad range of continuous improvement initiatives, including re-im- uh, recovery improvements at, at Paracatu, loading and fleet productivity improvements at Tasiast, and haul route optimizations across our operations.

These are practical site-level initiatives that improve throughput, recoveries, and equipment utilization, helping generate real productivity gains and offset a portion of the inflationary pressure.

At the corporate level, we use input cost hedging.

What we can do is build a diversified and resilient portfolio.

We have six mines capable of producing approximately two million ounces of gold annually, giving us the scale and diversity to absorb short-term disruptions without changing the long-term value proposition of the broader business.

Our two cornerstone assets, Tasiast and Paracatu, are our two largest and lowest cost operations, and they continue to perform extremely well.

Tasiast's current outlook is ahead of the production profile in the technical report we published in early '25, supporting, supported by ongoing mine plan optimization.
