I think over the space of 14 to 18 months, I lost, uh, 68 pounds, which is just shy of five stone.

I'm your host, Mark Asquith, and today I'm interviewing a local lad done good.

A friend of mine, Nick, who plays down at Tankersley Park Golf Club, who I met on a creator day, and who is just crushing it, not only in his own game, but when it comes to content creation and helping other people get into the game of golf.

You can tell that's something that I'm passionate about through all the recent content that we've been putting out here.

But also, Nick is someone that has just consistently delivered in his own game.

I'm a huge fan of that.

Next we have Bogey.

Always need a bogey.

Not really, but this one we love.

Sneaky, really good.

And the third and the sixth are all World Par 4s.

And then I know you did a little feature on the ninth, but if you ask me, then people love the 12th, which is the Par 5 that hugs the beach kind of around the Scandal Road.

But the 13th after it is one of the great 13s.

An amazing drive with Par 4s.

So this week you'll find me hanging out on Par 4s is what I've been thinking about.

I'll be camped out on Par 4s.

Yeah, because they're probably the strongest in Ireland.

And he turned it around Friday.
