When someone receives a brain years result that is either older or younger than their chronological age, what does that score tell them and what measurements are they still in control of?

I would top up on why the clock is important and that the word trajectory, I think, is really critical.

So I like to compare it to looking at the weather.

And so you can look at what does the weather look like for this week? And you're gathering sensor data, right? So you have a snapshot of this moment in time, as opposed to a model that is predictive, which is looking longer terms and hopefully decades in advance and is predictive of what Tsunamis, right? It's predictive of what large events might be coming and how we might look at those contributing markers and then change those markers.
