And actually the other day, because I don't know when I sort of imagined that I wanted to start writing fiction and it would have been something I wouldn't have confessed to because again, you know, it's, it's quite, presumptuous to be like I never read and now I want to be a writer but I got down my copy of House in Paris by Elizabeth Bowen which I remember buying from Pan Books which is in London and it's closed now and I just flicked to the back randomly and I bought it and I'd obviously crossed the road and gone to a cafe and tried to write fiction for the first time in the back

so it's still there and it wasn't terrible because I was reading it through clothes you know like through my fingers thinking this is gonna be so embarrassing and it was kind of okay and All of my concerns that I've ever had with writing, they were all there in like one page.
