I think I've worked on so many TV shows and films, like bigger ones, where there's just, like, this culture of fear in the industry where it's like everyone's so scared of fucking up, you know? Like, "Oh, I made a mistake, and then everybody's mad at me." And like, you see people, when something goes wrong, being yelled at, and all of a sudden you're wasting all this time not fixing the problem, but, like, getting mad at somebody because something went wrong.
