So when I did find the gym and I began kickboxing and even the water sports were fun and easier for me to do, like water skiing.

And I share that because it all began in listening to podcasts, putting on my runners and getting out the door for about a half an hour in the winter evenings during COVID, living in Palmerstown and doing a loop of The Block.

He was trapped in his office just blocks from the World Trade Centre.

I spoke again to Robert a short time ago and asked him for his memories of that day.
