And I would love to dive into a little bit around your sailing life in Fiji and the Fijian Islands and Palmerston Island.

I feel like there's so many stories there.

Can you talk to me about one of the most remote places extraordinary places you visited oh yeah

there's there's so many good ones I mean it's truly incredible I would say there's there's definitely two places that come to mind one of them is an island that technically belongs to Cook Islands I believe it's called Palmerston Island and we traveled to it as we were going making our way from French Polynesia to Fiji and And my husband actually was the one who kind of researched it and was like, I think this would be a cool island to check out.

So I was just on board.

I was like, okay, like I totally trust him.

So we did some research and it's an island that a man called William Marsters, and I think he's English.
