Palmer Ridge High School

The first of which begins obviously in the first round here for 4A where we had four games that essentially served as a play-in for the second round between eight teams here.

And the very first one that we get to cover is a home game for Palmer Ridge against Manual High School.

This is a Denver versus Southern Colorado matchup here.

And Palmer Ridge has this one all day for their first win in program history.

Palmer Ridge has... handily defeats manual 39 to zero on the backs of a fantastic performance from sophomore Noah Harrison, 11 of 19, a hundred yards, two passing touchdowns, one interception, as well as leading the team in carries 10 carries 63 yards and a touchdown.

The team as a whole had three rushing touchdowns, including the likes of Violet Novotny, as well as Natalie Pulford, both of those being seniors for that fantastic performance here.

Meanwhile, Noah found Hadley Miles as well as freshman Tia Waits for those passing touchdowns.

Defensively, it would be Violet Novotny here, 10 solo tackles here leading the way.

In a Facebook post, Palmer Ridge High School head football coach Zach Carlton announced his team will play Lutheran High School as scheduled.

The Parker High School has come under fire after allegations of fans and supporters yelling racist comments and threats to opposing team's fans.

Coronado High School and Air Academy have already forfeited games against Lutheran, citing those alleged incidents.

We are going to talk about the final week of the 2026 Colorado Girls High School Flag Football season on the 5A level here.

Let's go ahead and get it started with Doherty facing off with 4A Palmer Ridge here.

Uh, Doherty really needing to go ahead and win out, not every single game, but this would definitely be a big one in order to secure their playoff spot here.

And they go ahead and do that with a 20 to 7 win here.

All the way back in August here, uh, they met up and Doherty hosted Thunder Ridge, and they fell to them 14 to 7 in a close game.

By the way, both teams sitting at eight and seven.

Uh, Doherty winning their last four games against Coronado, Palmer Ridge, Elizabeth, and a close one against Liberty, um, which shows just how good they are.

Thunder Ridge, a little bit of an up and down, uh, schedule here.

Starting off with Monday, Chaparral would defeat Ponderosa 45 to nothing.

And then heading down south to the Springs, we actually had a really close 4A matchup where Colorado Springs Christian took on Palmer Ridge.

Both these teams in the winning side of things as of right now, but it would be Colorado Springs Christian winning this game 12 to six.

You had senior Hailey Helweck here, who went 14 of 30 for 105 yards, two touchdowns to just one interception, finding freshman Danika Reinhard, as well as junior Anna Gloeck, I wanna say is how you say that.

But Thomas Jefferson would defeat, or would actually lose, my apologies, to Denver West here 26 to 19.

No stats for Denver West, and on the Thomas Jefferson side, I mean, they had a lot of good looks here, but just didn't quite pull it out.

And then Palmer Ridge, following their close loss to CSCS, would come out and upset the Elizabeth Cardinals here with a fire first half here, jumping out to a 26 to nothing lead.

And by the time Elizabeth started to get the wagon circled, it was too little too late.

Regis Groff would cruise to a win over Kennedy.

TCA would defeat Palmer Ridge 34-12.

Kelsey Peterson looking good again, 28-48 for 235 yards and four scores to one pick.

Meanwhile, Ellie Baldini had 11 receptions for 115 yards and a score leading in receiving for the Titans.

Manuel on the other side did not have any stats.

Now, Regis Groff, as formerly mentioned, did defeat Denver West big.

Air Academy would beat Palmer Ridge 38-12 here in the win for the Cadets.

Same story, Nadia Anderson almost perfect, 24 of 38, 263 yards and five touchdowns.
