You know, Rajesh Rani, the director of PCHR, is keep talking about,

The Palestine Red Crescent Society said its teams transferred nine injured people to its al-Saraya field hospital after an Israeli strike targeted al-Sinai Street in Gaza City.

The Palestinian Center for Human Rights reported that early Tuesday morning, an Israeli drone fired a missile at 33-year-old Yusuf Saeed al-Zaim, killing him.

PCHR stated that Israel killed at least 16 Palestinians between September 11th and the early hours of September 15th.

On Monday, September 14th, PCHR reports that an Israeli drone fired a missile at a civilian vehicle in Jebelia.

killing 48-year-old Ahmed Mohamed Al-Bach and injuring two others.

Al-Bach was a commander in the Qassam Brigades, the armed wing of the Hamas party, and a massive funeral procession was held on Tuesday in northern Gaza.

An Israeli drone strike targeted a tent sheltering displaced people in al-Mawassi Khan Yunus on Monday afternoon, killing 49-year-old Rafat Abu al-Zamur, according to documentation by the Palestinian Center for Human Rights.

Hours earlier, an Israeli drone fired two missiles at a residential building next to al-Shifa Hospital in Gaza City, killing 50-year-old Mohamed Ajour and injuring two others.

That was from Mohammed Assad on Tuesday.

On Monday, September 7th, an Israeli drone attacked a motorcycle northwest of Khan Yunis, killing 39-year-old Ismail Ibrahim Darwish Kandil and wounding several others, according to documentation by the Palestinian Center for Human Rights.

PCHR also reported the killing of a three-year-old child, Saadi Abdullah Saadi Galia, on Sunday night by Israeli artillery shelling.

The human rights group says that the shelling targeted a room on the first floor of a building, part of a girls' high school that has been used as a displacement shelter in Deir el-Bala.

Also on Sunday, 19-year-old Hassan Ali Hassan Sakala was shot in the head by the Israeli army in the Rimal neighborhood of Gaza City as he was walking near his house.

He later died of his injuries.

The Palestinian Center for Human Rights reports that according to available information, quote, the gunfire most likely came from the direction of the Israeli cranes deployed within the so-called Yellow Line, in eastern Gaza City, as the area where the young man was present was directly exposed to the cranes.

PCHR explains that the eastern areas of Gaza City, Jabalia, Beit Lahya, and northern Beit Lahya, as well as the refugee camps of Al-Borej and Al-Megazi, as well as Deir el-Balah, have witnessed recurring incidents of gunfire west of the Yellow Line.

Fifteen others sustained varying degrees of injury.

According to eyewitness accounts, the operation, including all of its stages, lasted approximately 35 minutes before the force withdrew from the area using the bus, vehicles, and motorcycles, according to field reports from the Palestinian Center for Human Rights.

PCHR added that a kindergarten sits just a few meters from the targeted area.

Dozens of children and their teachers were present at the time.

and without fear, favor, and doing that.

The fact that the US government is trying to sanction now more and more people within the ICC, the organizations, Al-Haq, PCHR, that are providing evidence to it, you know, putting sanction against Francesca Albanese for helping that court is because it is effective.

So, you know, the fact that they're pushing, if they are not screaming, we are not working, right? So that is the principle.

It has become a threat.

And now it becomes a battlefield.

And it's to the great, you know, credit of Francesca and other friends.

It is a great credit of Al-Haq, PCHR, Al-Mizan, that they're putting in those requests to the ICC.

Despite everything, despite being sanctioned as terrorists, despite being sanctioned economically and doing that, this is a battle.

This year, I represented Bolivia in the current advisory opinion case before the same court on the legal rights of states and international organizations to enter and be present in the OPT to support the Palestinian people, and later served as legal counsel to Bolivia at the emergency meeting of the Hague Group of States in Bogota, Colombia.

Last year, I also represented the Arab League and the Palestinian Human Rights Commission in the Palestine case before the International Criminal Court and the Gaza-based Palestine Center for Human Rights, NGO, writing its submission included in South Africa's submission in the current genocide case against Israel before the ICJ.

In last year's advisory opinion, the ICJ adopted the position I advanced on behalf of the Arab League based on my academic publications, affirming a profound shift of approach to the situation in the OPT compared to that taken by Israel and most Western states, including the UK, aligning things with the approach taken by the state of Palestine and many states of the global majority.

The problem is the ICC issued warrants against Benjamin Netanyahu for war crimes in the occupied territories.

And then the U.S. designated not only three judges with the ICC and a bunch of, sorry, six judges, nine judges, maybe it's more than three judges at this point, a bunch of judges, the chief prosecutor, two deputy prosecutors, but also the three leading Palestinian human rights groups, al-Haqq, Al-Mazan and PCHR, Palestinian Center for Human Rights, were all designated under the ICC sanctions scheme.

And although it's a different, it doesn't use the word terrorism in its designation scheme, they get treated exactly the same as Al-Qaeda or any of these other terrorist groups, right? So they all lost their access to the international banking system.

They couldn't pay their staff.
